The Mayor read the Public Hearing Statement.  There were approximately 11 people in attendance.

Asked what are the steps that are taken to assess traffic concerns when considering rezoning files. 

Jane Swan | Pine Crest Mobile Home Park
Asked clarification regarding the definition of High Density as it will relate to traffic in the area.

The Mayor asked a first, second, and third time if there were any additional comments from the gallery. There were none.

The Mayor terminated the public hearing at 5:45 P.M.
