  • Options:
    1. THAT Development Permit DP2021-006-C for property located at 1809 Lakestone Drive, legally described as Lot 1, Section 4, Township 20 Osoyoos Division Yale District Plan 12881, Roll 2188000 to permit a single family home renovation and an addition be approved.
    2. THAT Development Permit DP2021-006-C for property located at 1809 Lakestone Drive, legally described as Lot 1, Section 4, Township 20 Osoyoos Division Yale District Plan 12881, Roll 2188000 to permit a single family home renovation and an addition be denied.
    3. THAT Development Permit DP2021-006-C for property located at 1809 Lakestone Drive, legally described as Lot 1, Section 4, Township 20 Osoyoos Division Yale District Plan 12881, Roll 2188000 to permit a single family home renovation and an addition be deferred pending receipt of additional information as identified by Council.

Grant Application

  • Options:
    1. THAT a grant application be submitted to the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Recovery and Innovation for creating an integrated land use, transportation and infrastructure plan that connects the Town Centre and Woodsdale neighborhoods.

    2. THAT a grant application NOT be submitted to the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Recovery and Innovation for creating an integrated land use, transportation and infrastructure plan that connects the Town Centre and Woodsdale neighborhoods.

Capital requests for Council’s early consideration

  • Options:
    1. THAT the following Capital Projects be given early approval to allow expenditure prior to adoption of the 2023-2027 Financial Plan:
      1. Robinson Road Construction
      2. Woodsdale Corridor Construction
      3. 6th Street East Road and Drainage Renewal
      4. Woodsdale Indigenous Cultural Centre & Nature Park Construction
      5. Fire Apparatus iPads
      6. Infrared Sauna
      7. LockBox Upgrade
      8. Personal Protective Equipment
      9. Safe Work Procedures
      10. Irvine Booster Station
      11. Okanagan Centre Watermain Replacement
      12. Okanagan Lake Pump House Motor Repair
      13. Robinson Road Corridor Water Upgrades
      14. City of Kelowna Effluent Connection
    2. THAT an amended list of capital projects be given early approval to allow expenditure prior to adoption of the 2023-2027 Financial Plan.
    3. THAT no expenditures for Capital Projects be approved prior to adoption of the 2023-2027 Financial Plan.
