Repeal of policy no longer required for ALR Exclusion Applications

    THAT ALR Exclusion Policy 2007-082 be repealed.

    Consideration of options:

    1. THAT Zoning Amendment (Z0000335) Bylaw 1265, 2025 be read a third time and adopted.
    2. THAT Zoning Amendment (Z0000335) Bylaw 1265, 2025 be read a third time.
    3. THAT Zoning Amendment (Z0000335) Bylaw 1265, 2025 be amended by adding:

      (Additional requirements as identified by Council)

      AND THAT Zoning Amendment (Z0000335) Bylaw 1265, 2025 be read a third time as amended.

    4. THAT Zoning Amendment (Z0000335) Bylaw 1265, 2025 be read a third time with the following conditions to be met prior to consideration of adoption:

    5. THAT Zoning Amendment (Z0000335) Bylaw 1265, 2025 be forwarded to a future meeting for consideration.
    6. THAT Zoning Amendment (Z0000335) Bylaw 1265, 2025 be deferred, pending clarification from staff on Public Hearing comments as identified by Council:

    THAT Official Community Plan Amendment (OPZ00002) Bylaw 1247, 2024 be adopted; AND THAT Zoning Amendment (OPZ00002) Bylaw 1248, 2024 be adopted.

  • Recommendation

    THAT Official Community Plan Amendment (OPZ00003) Bylaw 1249, 2024 be adopted;

    AND THAT Zoning Amendment (OPZ00003) Bylaw 1250, 2024 be adopted with the condition that the Applicant be required to provide:

    1. Park and trail improvements works including widening the access drive to accommodate two-way traffic, and grading and surface improvements to facilitate parking for the Spion Kop trail head located near the District Reservoir at Raven Ridge; or
    2. Land dedication from Lot 1 Plan EPP141228 (PID 032-401-914) to facilitate access to crown land.
