The District is proposing to add Section 10.15 Short Term Vacation Rental Regulations to the Zoning Bylaw. The regulations set out in the proposed section 10.15 are currently listed in the definition for Short Term Vacation Rentals but are not listed in the body of the Zoning Bylaw as regulations. The District cannot enforce for breach of a definition.
